The story begins with strawberry, then Kogoro discovered a cat, then Diana appeared immediately, that old lady had something suspicious?

She self-proclaimed a big fan of mysteries, it is strange that she invited Conan, Ran and Kogoro to UK just because they found her cat, even though maybe for sight-seeing, the higher probability is intentionally invited a detective to solve a case after knowing Kogoro is a detective.

She invited them to UK, but not waiting for them in an airport and arranged their meeting at night, why not meeting them in afternoon? Because she goes watching Wimbledon, that's why cannot meet Conan's party in afternoon. So that old lady had relationship to a case or she is cahoot with a man who sent a strange paper to Glass-kun?

Why do Ai-chan want Agasa followed Conan to UK? Usually she afraid staying alone in Agasa's house since Okiya is in next door.

Why staying at Ayumi's house at this time? She's planning something while Conan in UK?

Ai-chan said an antidote's approximate duration of the effects lasted 24 hours and need Conan to calculate the time, but after Conan swallowed an antidote, the effects didn't gone and made Conan stayed in the restroom waiting for the effect gone. In the past, the duration of the effects always lasted less than 24 hours, but this time an antidote lasted longer than 24 hours?

Either she is not staying at Ayumi's (Which would be a rather pointless lie) or she trusts Conan's judgement on Subaru or she actually knows who he is.

Well, about the old British lady - she's surely suspicious. It's not normal inviting total strangers to her country and paying all expenses for them. She could be
1) old freak - sometimes old people have weird ideas, it's always an explanation 
2) from BO - cat, British etc.
3) Shinichi's mom - she likes to disguise, so it wouldn't be surprising 
4) all of above options are wrong, it's just Gosho's fault, because he didn't have an idea how send the characters to the Europe 

About the drug. We've discussed this issue with Misztina-chan lately. It's really weird, actually. Ai told Conan some time ago (Shiragami's Case) that after taking every pill, his body builds stronger resistance, so it's possible that he won't ever be able to get back his normal body. There only good explanation about the drug in London Case - maybe Ai made new, better drug. Don't know when, don't know how...  But if it was the same drug like in Shiragami's Case, the effects of antidote would last less than 4 hours - that's too little to go from Tokio to London by the plane.

Things we already figured out:
1.) Each REALLY evil bad guy has a cat on his womb
2.) Conan would protect Shiho(like the Vermouth Case), maybe a plan of Bourbon to get her, when she is alone.

Beside, it would not be the first time that the DBs and the Professor left over the weekend and left the house unguarded.
If Subaro wanted to search for something, he had already plenty of time to do so.

I think it is cute if she is staying with Ayumi. I mean, staying at a friends house is so... normal. I think it will be good for her.

Yes, they have. Something that comes to my mind immediately is their visit at the hot springs bath house. They stayed there over night so there was plenty of time for anyone getting into the house. Also, right in beginning after Okina moved in. when they traveled into the mountains and met that rich guy who died in an explosion of his car in his villa.

by the way,is it true that Haibara stays at Ayumi's home?i would love it if she stays at Agasa's home and investigate on Okiya,but I think she's too afraid of him to do that...

I don't think she's a part of the org. if she is, then how could she know that Conan is really Shinichi? Unless Vermouth told her, I think that it's highly unlikely.

Because she is either Vermouth or Yukiko. Vermouth seems to be more likely. If it was Yukiko, it would have been easiert to tell Conan what this is all about. It's either a trap or she wants Conan to foil a plan of the BO.
Does anyone else think that boy looks a lot like Kazuki Kinukawa, the child actor from vol.39? (Slightly less Asian though)
It's just way too convenient that he would appear at the museum with such immaculate timing. And why would he suddenly start speaking Japanese if not to attract Conan's attention. It seems rather obvious the message was intended for him.

I'm fairly sure we're gonna get some BO action in this arc. The Clash of Red and Black was published ages ago and it just seems pointless to make such a massive arc when it's not plot-relevant.
