It is strange that his crest/symbol was of a crow, but nothing else points to him being a BO.

nothing else should pinpoint him as BO, that would be stupid of Gosho who answered questions with more questions to let out obvious hints about the plot in Vol 30 when he has plan for 30 60 more volumes

Mr Subaru Okiya has recently moved into a house in the centre of Tokyo. He would like to redecorate the house because all the rooms were cluttered with books which he all burned and now it looks a bit empty. If he faked his death, then he should be careful enough NOT to have anything left in the house that could reveal him, and so far, since that house is such a wonder, I don't think just anybody can go in and search for his things, he was never a suspect in anybody's eyes to start with..., he's dead

Do we even know that the house was made public? Which detective bought the house? He owns all the gold right?

Also, the bridge was cut so there was no way to leave. Meaning, no way to enter so people wouldn't accidentally go to the house..
