if u have windows u should have a program called windows movie maker. toy around with it, its not very difficult to use.

Skillfully enough, you can take out from Youtube the part you want to be on your AMV like I did, but it is better to download the episodes.

I'd imagine in whatever video editing software you get, it has the ability to cut out the audio track.

I hope you mean "without", because if you mean "with", then, uh.

But no, they don't offer the raw episodes out to people unless it's under special circumstances (which yours isn't).
