In the future (3 years and 135 days from today) she destroyed the world, but then felt sorry about it so she traveled back in time to the present in order to stop herself from destroying the world, however her present self killed her future self, and now her present self knows how and when to destroy the world. That's why she can't admit the crime - she hasn't committed it yet.
