Meh, Every morning after my morning jog and yoga practice, Shower in the morning is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and a hot/cold bath surrounded by scented candle lights and calming instrumental music is my bi weekly therapy

More ore less every day. I might skip if I just loaf around the house, though. Also a bath once a week cause it's so much more relaxing.

Just reading the bath part made me very sleepy.
Every day now, since I moved from CT to NC when it's in the 90's everysingle day. But when I lived in CT, it would be every other day.
