Maybe I missed out something but, do anyone think these are any clues to the plot?

I don't see what the first and third pages have to do with anything. The page directly following the third link shows how the name "Kudo Shinichi" was known, being suggested by the couple from the same case that introduced Heiji.

I believe the Hint is the second link is that Shiho Miyano visited the shrine. Haibara was there, probably on BO business.
The First link has the letter that Hattori was sent to Shin'ichi possible suggesting that they knew Kudo is alive, but more likey they knew Kudo before the shrink.
The third shows the couple that suggested to the letter sender that they write to Kudo.

I´ve been wondering about the second link as well. I think it might be a hint towards the goals of the BO.

We already know the BO are attempting to obtain immortality. We've known that for a while, and it was the initial intention of APTX4869 before it was discovered to be a potent method of murder.

Re: Some clues from the Mermaid Case?
Just a second? Why does everyone think that the BO wants to gain immortality?? That is absolute nonsense.
1. The BO of Conan and the one from Magic Kaito can't be the same one. There are too many differences!
2. Just think of this:
You're the head of a very... very big organization. Everyone is doing what you want. Your goal is immortality and you hire a freaky scientist. Everyone says he is mad. Why? We don't know yet, but just say, he is obsessed of inventing a drug to stop the decay (hopefully this is the right word for the thing I want to say) of the DNS. This person dies but his little daughter, who is a great scientist although she is just 13, assume his work. Would you say your assassin, you killer, can take this drug to kill people? Really this is nonsense. You do not invent a drug to gain immortality to give it to you enemies!
3. What has a strange computer program has to do with immortality?
Perhaps Sherry's interest was not the arrow but something else. This case happened during the Vermouth/Jodie plot. He wanted everyone to think that Jodie is Vermouth, but she wasn't. Perhaps he also want everyone to think that Sherry or the Bo is aiming immortality but he just fools us again.
And this leads us to
4. Even there is no no. 2, it seems to be to clear...
(Hopefully someone can understand what I tried to say *laugh*)

Not really. Organizations can have different divisions. For example, Haibara was part of the science division.DarkStar wrote: 1. The BO of Conan and the one from Magic Kaito can't be the same one. There are too many differences!
Many things have been invented by accident. If you were trying to discover a cheap rocket fuel, but during testing discovered that it didn't actually work as a fuel but did manage to create a way to cheaply purify water. Would you not use this useful discovery just because it isn't what you were trying to create?2. Just think of this:

Basically, they tried to create immortality. During lab testing, rather than giving rats/mice immortality, they nearly instantly died and left no reason as to why. For an underground criminal organization, why would you not use this?
Assuming you're talking about the one that nearly got Conan caught and not Night Baron, it could've been used in multiple areas since we know very little about it. It could've been a part of some sort of mind transfer device (still technically immortality), or it could've been something they wanted developed in order to raise more money to finance their evil deeds and goals.3.
