It's still not entirely clear where the scene is from but a comment claims it is from the PS1-Game. Can anyone confirm that? I couldn't find many information about that...

Since it says tudou.com then that means it's an episode. Well, it sure looked like an episode. Probably an anime special because giving scarves is around Christmas or New Year right?
