What i really wanted is an ending.. Not a romantic one, because there is no way to please every fans pairing, either ShinichixRan or ConanxAi/ShinichixShiho (unless one of the girls died, or he build his own harem in his house with Two wives)..

I would like to see Kaito disguised as Shinichi move into Shinichi's house.  I would love to see Ran finally get the courage to tell him how she felt with a kiss only to have him spit and curse at her for her efforts.

Maybe Eisuke could come back for his school records and see Shinichi with Conan, thus distorting the previous discussion into the delusional rants of childhood affection for an older girl.  Eisuke, upon asking a second time, is told, "why should I care?" by the impostor.  Ran, crushed by her failed attempt of pairing with Shinichi, would be ideally placed to accept Eisuke's affections.  In order to stall the advancement of the budding romance between Eisuke and Ran, Hattori may have to fake an affection for Ran at the request of Conan.  Kazuha, furious at the attention she interprets Ran to be receiving, attempts revenge by unsuccessfully seducing Shinichi (KID) or more successfully seducing Kogoro (This is getting out of hand, I do apologize)

The arc could develop into KID aiding Conan in stealing some information about APTX 4869 from a secure location within the BO.

I want another story involving Sonoko's sister, or any of the other forgotten characters. Sonoko's sister is apparently important enough to get a key hole picture, but hasn't been seen in a long time (atleast as far as I know)

I would REALLY like the antidote to start wearing off, and Conan and Haibara ages a year a day (creepy). Ran thinks it's a growth spurt at first, but then Conan gets taller and older every day (10 DAYS ONLY!!! DON'T make an old man I beg you!!!) and Ransupects knows that Conan is Jimmy. Haibara writhers in pain at Hagase's but when she gets mail, she goes EEEEEK because it's from her sister. And it turns out that Akemi IS NOT DEAD!!!! YAYAYAYAY~~

As for me I would like...

An episode involving the FBI and the CIA in Japan against the B.O, or something better, a confrontation between them. An episode where "Meitantei" Mouri Kogoro resolves a case by his own deduction.(This has happened before, but not everything by him). And I agree with someone that said and episode with Ran as the main suspect, excellent idea!

Also ...
A challange letter of KID to Conan, Heiji and Hakuba ONLY. An episode where Ran meets Aoko and become friends, then Conan will meet Kaito without knowing that he is KID, at the end of the episode he'll discover it.

Finally,
Vermouth turning to the good side.

The one thing above all that I would like to see is Kaitou Kid tracking down the people who killed his father, and either killing someone himself or asking Shinichi to help him put them away.

Other than that, there's quite a list...including any of the main characters ACTUALLY committing a murder, I'll just get that out now...

Following are not spoilers...I just didn't want to post a giant wall.

I would like to see three things:

Detective Haibara

Spoiler:

A Detective Boy's episode in which Conan is absent due to a prior commitment with Ran & Mouri. A murder occurs on their trip to X in which it is up to Haibara to solve the case and she goes about doing it in a different style than Conan. She also has her own voice changer, which was an upgrade for Conan made by Prof. Agasa, but she took it to spite Conan for still not kicking a certain someone out of his house(cause she is awesomely evil like that  ). During the solution part she mimics Agasa's voice but still keeps her girly accent which has Agasa sweating and Takagi actually interrupts Agasa to ask why he is talking like..a little girl  . Haibara as Agasa (still with the girly accent) explains that he is practicing for a play and snaps at him for interrupting and the case proceeds as normal.

Detective Conan vs. Detective Haibara

Agasa, Haibara, and Conan got to a trip to X in where a murder occurs and they both proceed to solve the case as usual until halfway through they disagree on the culprit. Conan mocks Haibara for not having any actual evidence for stating that Conan has the wrong guy, instead she has a "feeling" that the real culprit is luring them into a trap. Conan tells her to find evidence if she's so sure and Haibara goes to do so only to come back without any but still insist Conan is wrong. Conan ignores her (believes it's her pride not letting her admit that she is wrong) and solves the case and as they are getting ready to take the culprit away Conan looks at Haibara. He doubts himself and uses his phone to call Heiji, quickly runs the case by him and Heiji points out a small inconstancy which could only be noticed by a person who wasn't at the crime scene. With this Conan reworks the case in time to send the real culprit to jail.

After the credits its a quite ride back home in which Agasa tries to talk to Conan but he doesn't respond. Haibara tells the professor not to waste his time with the pouting detective, he's probably sad that he was actually wrong for once and turns around to look at him and smile. Conan tells her to shut up and begins to look out the window and recalls a portion of the conversation with Heiji that occurred after they caught the right guy. Conan explained to Heiji that a girl actually made him doubt his own deduction even when he was 100% sure and the only girl he thought that could do that was..and here he is caught off by Heiji who says "ohh, so your girlfriend is there huh? how is Ran?" He then comes back to reality and stares at Haibara who is talking to the Professor and the episode ends. 

Main Suspect Ran----a bit long.

Three part case where Ran invites Heiji and Kazuha to her city karate tournament and everyone having a good time till something unexpected happens. In the semi-finals, before Ran's match, she is confronted by the no.1 guy in the tournament(already advanced into the finals) who is an ass and Conan steps in only to be jabbed in the stomach. Ran gets angry and decides to hit him with a body kick but he doesn't block it and doesn't get up from the kick because he's dead. Then it cuts to the police arriving at the scene(new inspector who has no obligations to Mouri) and conclude that Ran is the murder. They are about to take her away when Mouri/Heiji/Conan say he's going to prove she didn't do it and the inspector gives them three hours.

During these three hours Heiji and Conan can't find any evidence to prove she didn't do it though they have an idea how the murder was committed and Conan breaks his principles and says he's going to give the solution without any evidence to smoke out the culprit(they narrowed it down to 4) since they only have 15m left. Heiji grabs Conan then proceeds to argue that Conan breaking the no.1 rule of being a detective and even if they are right the culprit will still walk without any evidence and this frustrates Conan, who breaks Heiji's grasp and just runs. Heiji shows up to the main lobby where they are holding Ran with a serious look as they are about to take Ran away. Kazuha pleads Heiji not to let them take Ran in which Heiji responds "....there's nothing I can...do" while clutching an angry fist in his pocket. But in reality Heiji is there trying to get a reaction out of the possible culprits, a smirk/smile/chuckle, anything.

Mouri starts acting like a mad man and has to be restrained and starts yelling he is the culprit in attempt to save Ran. He claims that he killed the guy with poison so his daughter could with the tournament and Heiji's eyes light up as he gets the reaction he was looking for. Then the lobby doors slam open as Conan shows up looking like he was in a marathon and in his hand is a napkin with something inside it.

Sorry for turning the thread into a term paper..but I had to take advantage of this cool topic.

I love the last one, though it's kind of similar to 263. It's always nice to see Mouri acting competent, him trying to make that kind of sacrifice would be really cool to watch.
