i recently watched episode 219, The Gathered Detectives! Shinichi vs. Kaito Kid wherein Shinichi appeared there, how come he did appear there? did something happened between episode 205-218.. i guess, that isn't subbed yet.

Watch it again.  Shinichi showing up is part of a flashback Kaitou Kid is having.

Yeah, that is from when they didn't even know of the existence of each other, after that the episode starts, it think it was to show people that Shinichi and Kid go a long way back.

I didn't think Gosho has noticed, but when Conan (not in Shinichi form) and Kid met the first time, it looked like it was the first time they met, seeing Conan asking Agasa about Kid and the reactions painted on Conan's face when they met. I don't know when he made the Shinichi meets Kid in the Magic Kaito manga, but IMO, Conan must have appeared to know Kid during their first (or second?) meeting.
