Funny, you bring this up. I had a chat with Abs. about it a few months ago or so. I don't think it is a troll theory because too much effort was put into it and he posted another one later about Detective Conan being ... one massive rickroll!
Andre Camel being Shiho's Mom was definitely the highlight, but other bits I found amusing were: Three separate Akais (triplets?), Okiya is Haibara's father, James Black is the leader of the Black Organization, Agasa is Haibara's granddad on her father's side and can make holograms, numerology, the movies and the names of the English dub are canon, there is a separate "Red Organization" made up of assorted protagonists, the Black Organization and the aforementioned "Red Org." members have special genes that confer a sixth sense on people, and Shinichi will be "infected by darkness".
This theory was actually stranger earlier than it is now! DetectiveConanDX used to have a theory about using numerology to predict the end of the series... which was manga chap 736 or 763 if I remember correctly. After it became abundantly clear that wasn't going to happen, he edited his posts to remove the reference to that theory as an oops moment. The strangest part was he was predicting that Shinichi and Kaito Kid were literally going to merge like in DBZ to purge his inner darkness and make some super thief detective, but DetectiveConanDX has since edited his posts to remove this reference as well. I wonder why?

I am a bit worried sstimson's questionable theory is heading in this direction although this one takes the cake by an order or two of magnitude.

Yeah, but your theory has major problems. There is no evidence to support this theory that the much simpler theory that the org doesn't know about Conan can't already explain adequately. It creates more contradictions than it supposedly resolves, and your explanations of some of those contradictions means that the entire logical premise of the story is undermined as well as the principles of good storytelling, characterization, etc.
