I chose option number 3 because I have a policy about not giving people who talk about killing themselves sympathetic attention.

As for some practical advice, if you're going to try to get money via health insurance, many policies have exclusions that exclude coverage of suicide and self-mutilation while sane. So, before you go chopping your hands off that would be a good thing to check. That's not to say that I think chopping your hand off is a good way to solve this problem if your insurance doesn't have that exclusion, though.

thanks for the advice... but after woking up this morning... i belive almost half of my negative think is gone...

mostly because i tell almost all my sorrow and my stress relief is my pillow... i hit it for 10 minutes yesterday.. ha ha ha
