If that Avatar is indeed Conan you are probably right, But i am think that it comes from a different anime.
As for the other picture I know i saw ran in that outfit. (find the outfit and you will find the episode )
Time to look again for the other picture while trying to remember when the avatar comes from.

NVM the the conan one, thats the end of the first appearance of kaitou kid in DC manga probably volume 7 or 8, what is that kaitou kid page taken from, didn't magic kaitou only have 3 books???? I don't remember any volumes after the first 3, or couldn't find them, and that quality wasn't that good, where did you find those?
It's true that Ran and Aoko look very similar (especially in that Conan manga scan ).
I was convinced the girl in your avatar was Ran, now I have doubts!
