Countdown to Heaven - I still find the early DC movies better than the relatively newer ones...
Yeah, same here. Even though the first two weren't as diverse, character wise, I like a majority of the older ones, while a select few of the newer ones.
"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."
Poor Full Score of Fear. A nice improvement on 10 and 11, but still not even close to the earlier movies. I wonder if this will be the biggest blowout of them all (maybe 6 v. 11)?

I have struggled to like any DC movie after 8 ( may be it is just me, but I liked that one), however only movie 6 I did not like in the first eight ones.
waiting for 14 now, while having my fingers crossed to like it .
Every time I want to give up on DC, it manages to bring me back, it brings me back feelings I know that I will never ever feel or live again.

I think the Movie Contest has a winner allready, idk you guys/girl but at least for me:
Movie 3 (Last Century Wizzard) > All the other movies
I could see 2-6 winning.
2 will have some trouble I think; from what I recall of the many ranking threads a lot of people see the plot as being underdeveloped and weird. 6 has the issue of not having, you know, a mystery. Plenty of people watch DC for the cases and a movie that doesn't even try to have a case is off putting to them. 3, 4, and 5 seem like they have the best chance at it, with 5 being the most likely of all.
