Also, can you tell me which volume or episode was the one with the murder case in the bathroom?
I think is The Night Before the Wedding Locked Room Case Episodes 141-142
121-122 Murder Case in a Closed Bathroom(Part 1 & 2), Volume 20, File 197-199

Oh I just recalled, the ending to the Spider mansion case was quite sad.  To think "shine" can be misinterpreted so badly :'(.  Heiji blurting it out like that was just  >:(.  I was actually sniffing when I read the end to that case xD.
Hey, I have an idea, let's have a THIS SUCKS / NO THIS SUCKS / NO YOU / NO YOU argument for a couple pages, that will really be great. - Ingmar

"Shine" mistaken for "shi ne" is a bit low of a reason for a suicide, then again that's the reality of this world.

Bloody Venus case too...

none of them have made me sad even if they were sad murder cases. Mostly because none of the characters that have appeared more than once or twice have died in a murder case (I think).

But I guess Bloody Venus was pretty sad.

The moonlight sonata case is one of the saddest cases of Meitantei Conan  :'(
After that I learned this sonata and I always play it when I'm blue...
Spoiler:
But there're so many sad cases... the one with Matsuda... or with Sato's father... and the last with Akai...

jeah... Conan is a really sad Manga...

You beat me to it, I was going to mention it too, we usually hear or see flashbacks of people that commited suicide, but we normally don't see a character that has been introduced during an episode to commit suicide.
She wasn't brave enough to let him know her feelings and now she is dead and he is alone  :'(

The third movement is a beast, though.  If the first movement feels like a sad drunk man after the death of his wife and children, the third movement is the sober vengeful man finding their killers and assaulting them with a machine gun.

Haven't cried or anything for them, but I really did think they were sad.. really sad:

Bloody Venus

One Billion Yen Robbery, and most of what had to do with Akemi and Haibara...

Tottori Spider Mansion.. definitely.

The Coffee Aroma with Murderous Intent (513~514)

Moonlight Sonata Case, also.

Hah, but all of them have been listed already. I can't think of any others right now, though.

Oh, I'm not sure if we can consider this one.. but what happened between Kir and her father... that was so sad... (spoiler?) (that whole flashback scene where Hidemi explains how she had been forced by her father to 'murder' him to confirm her loyalty to the org. and again, she had to do the same, this time by murdering Akai... I really do think she's made to face an awful lot, don't you think?)

Nothing else, I guess.

Cases where there are ShinRan moments are kinda sad too, especially the last act of the Desperate Revival arc, the 2nd Valentine murder case, and the chapter that came after that.

I have to agree with the murder of the twin sister, though. That was really, really sad.

DC is a depressing anime.

The episode where that stalker was killed. It hurts, knowing that she was arrested. Even Conan himself agrees judging by what he said at the ending
