This reminds me of my fanfiction and the fanart I made for it:

My idea was that if Conan was captured (how ironic he was captured in Tropical Land) and if Ran would know the truth, she'd come up and say: No the APTX doesn' shrink people, it turns them into a woman! After watching the first 52 episodes that was my idea of the ending of the series. ^^" Sorry for the bad drawing, back then I didn't ahve any pictures of Conan so I had to use my memory to draw the characters. (Hell, I didn't even had internet, nor a computer back then! Amazing!)

Also... NONE, I repeat NONE of those other gender scenarios have any basis in the manga what so ever. NONE!

I mean really... If you are going to make deductions... MAKE DEDUCTIONS! Not wild fantasies.... I don't want to see Fangirl fanfic ideas in the story discussion section... There is another place for that... Several in fact, one is right in this forum under "fan works" the others are deviant art and fanfiction.net. None of which i ever go to anymore [except my friends pages on dev art (I has talented friends)].

If this thread continues to deteriorate into fangirl fantasy I will lock it, or move it to the fan works section.

Keep this forum for story discussion only. >< This is the only place that is virtually free of that.... and I'd like to keep it that way. We have enough fangirl fantasy in General Discussion, and most likely in fanworks...

That is not the point... Story Discussion is meant to discuss the STORY. Not your personal story ideas. Those belong in the fan works section. This area is for people to discuss viable theories, or things that think might affect the plot or story of the individual case. Nothing being discussed in this at this time has anything to do with either.

Therefore, if it continues to move in its current direction, action will need to be taken. If Jd- or another admin has any other opinions on this, they'll let me know or change what I said, but I stand by what I say and don't think any of that belongs in story discussion.

It is NOT the topic that is the problem. This is nothing against you. It is what the topic has deteriorated in to. Which is to say that it became a thread for wild fanfic ideas that don't belong here.

IF the topic turns around there will be no reason to move it or delete it.

All I want is for people to keep to things that have some validity or possible validity in the manga. It is very simple.

That would be bring whole new meaning to ShinRan. I can see it now, the Shinichi-Ran-Akai lesbian love triangle. Not quite as the realistic as the potential Akemi-Shiho-Akai incestuous lesbian love triangle though I suppose.

If you have Akemi-Shiho-Akai then you might as well throw in Gin-who-is-really-a-woman as well. He was dating Akai after all, thinking he was really a man... At this rate, the only confirmed man in the organization will be Vermouth.

That would also explain why Gin hates Akai so much... not only is she a traitor, but she also dumped him. Double whammy.

For the record, I couldn't tell Akai and Kir apart when I first read Clash of Red and Black, even with the difference in hair length. *raises a suspicious eyebrow*

I thought Akai and Kir could be related at first. Since it's usually like this: same hair style  -> related or same eyes -> related (Kir and Eisuke)
And since akai and kir have those curly hair, I thought they could be related maybe both have those "fox eyes" too.
