Please note many of the names are SUB types of liquour...

Chianti, a form of Red Wine
Kir, is a coctail, with wine, and crème de cassis
Korn, is a form of schnapps, a noted German Spirit (note a "spirit" is a distilled beverage)
Calvados, an apple brandy
Pisco, SA liquor distilled from grapes
Arrack, a distilled beverage native to South Asia, has many different sources including fruit and sugar cane

Note, to my knowledge Vermouth is a type of Wine from italy that is seperated due to the herbs, which make it slightly different in substance. But I am not sure, I'll have to double check.

So for the black org the lists you need to look at are... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_alcoholic_beverages
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_liqueurs
and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cocktails

Lets just say that the BO can be huge with the amount of alcoholic drinks one can use for names...
