2006 for the oldest one I still use (well, everything gets forwarded, but the mail address is still valid :x).
Before that, I used my school's mail account, which I got in... 2002, I suppose? Anyway, I lost everything on that one when they deleted my account after I left school (D:), so I can't say when it was actually used for the first time (2003, I'd guess).
