Getting out of bed takes for me way too much time

I can wake up, but I have a hard time leaving the comfort of my bed.

waking up is very easy. getting out of bed is miserable.

Getting out of bed. Somehow, my internal clock makes it so unless I've been regularly going to sleep at 3amish (and even sometimes then) I tend to wake up a lot earlier than I need to do (6am on the weekends can be horrible D: :x) and try (though I nearly always fail) to get back to sleep.

Getting out of bed is harder than waking up.

I wake up instantly when the alarm goes off, but I have trouble getting out of bed since I either end up browsing the internet, shivering under my blankets because it's cold, or stretching because I feel way too stiff.
