I don't shop enough to have a "usual" amount of time. I only buy stuff when I need to get new stuff, so last option I guess.

Need the "a little time as needed" option. It really varies depending on what/how much I need to buy.

I guess it can take me about 45 minutes to finish a shopping trip.

well, if you count the walk (10mins each way) it's about 45mins. And usually those ones I really really had to get something or I wouldn't go out so it takes longer. If I'm just popping out of my workplace to get a few things 10mins tops.

It usually takes me about an hour, but that's if it's a full grocery trip instead of "just popping in for milk" or whatever.

Depends on whether I'm actually looking for something specific and know where it is or not.

If it's just stuff for me I'm picking up, fifteen minutes max.  The exception would be if I'm going just to get out of the house/to be by myself for a while.

Oh, and book shopping.  That's not really the same thing, though.

It depends what shopping you mean, if you mean groceries it takes me from 60-120 minutes, either online or by going to the supermarket ( the supermarkets are about 10 minutes away)

But if you mean clothing and other things, well let's say say after three hours I have to finish off and go to my car because of the parking limit

Food store? An hour tops.
Mall?

I'm like that with book stores. Good luck trying to get me to leave one before I've been there for less than two hours.

Oh yes! Book-stores too! Well... a book-store IS in the mall... along with sweets... and jewelry... and dresses... and hats. 

In the shop, roughly 5 minutes, plus up to 3 minutes waiting in line :x
Getting there an walking back, 5 minutes each.

Food shopping, I tend to do in about ten minutes.

Give me money and access to HMV and Forbidden Planet... and it will still be about ten minutes, because I will zoom in on everything I want and then rush it home to read/watch/play with it XD
