the kidnapping is not happening to random people
the punk who like to ask money just asking for money and not harming more than that
the biggest problem will be accident. but it was rare too...

Where I live? Yes. Where I work? Maybe one small stretch, but that's not really the "town" or "city", so no.

If I recall where you live, I'm going to say you voted wrong, considering it's one of the top 5 most dangerous cities in America.

If I recall where you live, I'm going to say you voted wrong, considering it's one of the top 5 most dangerous cities in America.
not actually in DC itself, just in the metro area, the area I'm in is actually pretty decent.
If you were thinking Baltimore though, that's not exactly top 5 but yeah I would be more averse to letting a kid walk around near where I lived then, but it wasn't exactly the ghetto either.

yes...but if you want to get somewhere you'll have to walk at least a kilometer, in some cases more

Guess it's top 10, but yeah I was thinking of Baltimore. Though DC in all honesty probably has more dangerous crime, even if the overall number of crimes is lower. They got hardcore gang shit there like MS-13.
