3 or 4. I can't do splits or anything but I can touch my toes easily (actually used to be able to put my palm on the floor but it's harder now) and scratch my back wherever's itchy without much problem either.

My arms are really flexible (have really above-average reach when doing that back test thing, being able to go a few inches past my wrists when most people can't even reach the tips of their fingers), but beyond that... eh...

I went with a 4, since as far as I'm concerned, 5 means you have the flexibility of a gymnast and I'm not that flexible.

I'd forgotten all about my double-jointedness tbh, but some of my fingers are double jointed, although I don't really think that really makes me much more flexible at all because that's just my fingers

can bend my elbows a little further than straight also, but I dunno if that's double-jointedness or normal.

XDÂ I say what I hear. However, I think its because when we're babies, we have 300 bones and by the time we are adults, we only have 206 and in b/w the babies' bones are cartilage . Also they're bones aren't as hard as ours.Â
That's why they can put their toes in their mouth
