The last three refer more to fictional "versions" and adaptations rather than the actual historical figures.
Yoshimitsu refers to the dude from Tekken or Soul Calibur.
Any other characters I should add?

The samurai portrayed in the movies of Kurosawa (Seven Samurai, Kagemusha, Ran, Throne of Blood, ect).
Edit: Though Hanshiro Tsugumo of Harakiri would be another choice.
