1. can put together some pretty nice chocolate chip cookies from scratch, but can't do nothing else.

2 - If there are instructions to follow I'm normally fine, but stuff I can make without them is limited to pasta-y things and beans/cheese on toast :x

I'll say 3. I'm not fantastic but I don't tend to burn things and whatever I make is at least edible if not good. I didn't give myself more just because I don't have a lot of things I know how to make without a recipe.
