Not really referring to drugs or alcohol here. I mean stuff like cigarets, chocolate, coffee, and other stuff that you feel you just have to do or get at least once a day because you need it or want it.
For the sake of the poll, though, let's not include DCTP or anime in general since these would be a bit too obvious
