not so much dark, but probably more serious. "Light and Bright" probly stray away from the plot more often for the sake of comedy/etc, while I'd just like to focus on plot

Even though I read/watch a lot of light-hearted series, I honestly prefer dark/serious ones...

I like it when it's mixed. Not too heavy and not too dark.
Kinda the feeling Mass Effect gives. You have the serious plot to the entire thing- and then you have the side quests and chances to be renegade that are just hilarious in every way!
