Seems like my next fall semester is going to be some sort of a mix between option 2 and option 5

third. Probly the best semester of college I had went something like:
Monday: 10:30-12 class
Tuesday: classes from 1-6ish
Wednesday: 10:30-12 class
Thursday: classes from 1-6ish
Friday: no classes

Wednesday: 10:30-12 class
Thursday: classes from 1-6ish

I kinda liked early hours schedule because it made me feel more productive. But as a whole I do like having more full days off so I would try to go with the second option
Edit: I meant lighter days, but preferably day off, without making the other days complete hell.

Definitely no lessons at 8:00, though -.-
Also, 3 is a very logical choice, as it takes me ~2 hours from and to university every day. So, I save 2 hours/week for every free day

I hate waking up early, so late schedules for me. I had a day off last semester, and I ended up just sleeping for half of the day anyway.
