Dunno, some options are more likely than others but I can't narrow them to two.

Eevee is a normal type so the first option seems unlikely

I'd say Poison and flying

The theme of eevee evolutions started with elements (kind of, but not really). Then it was day and night. Then it was (kind of) the seasons (really cold or temperate). So... I'm going to guess the earth and the sky unless they're making a new pokemon type

Ghost and Fighting.  Those are the ones I'd like to see, anyway.

(And Dragon and steel, for that matter...)

Ghost and Flying.

Dragon.  Every other Eevelution was that of a type that was classified as "Special" pre-split.  Dragon is the only remaining "Special" type from that era that it doesn't evolve into.

I really want a Dragon eeveelution and a Flying one.

I'd think Dragon and Rock cause cause a Rock one would be hilarious

I picked ghost and dragon, though steel and bug would also be cool.
