Need Opinion about upgrading PC specs...

Since my old PC was already lagging behind on current gaming specs, I'm planning to do some upgrading here and there...
What do you think about these spec for gaming usage ?
AMD Phenom II X2 555 3.2GHZ 6MB Cache
AM3 Motherboard
Memory DDR3 Vgen 2 x 1 GB PC 12800
HDD WDC 500 GB 32MB cache
Sapphire HD 5670 Artic Cooling 1GB DDDR5 128bit

I just upgraded to 3 gigs of RAM and it was going great, no lag. but i also want to upgrade from a 32 but processor to a 64 bit. is that possible? how would i do it and how much would it cost?

how much money you have for thic new computer anyway..
500GB should be sufficient enough, I already got my old HDD to keep my manga and anime collection, so this one should be enough to store the games..
Budget ? I'm planning to exchange (sell) my old PC (aside from the HDD of course) then buy a new one, maybe using credit card if cash payment was insufficient..

well my HD is 500+500+320+320 and it still dont enough!
new anime is 720p already

Around 2 million or so.. I'm hoping this old one would sell for decent price..
What ? You wanna treat me a new Computer ? I'd be more than happy you know
Nah, my collection mainly consist of Manga.. Not anime, limited internet connection, like usual..

2 million rupiah(Rp.2.000.000)
but Rp.9.300 equal $1
so convert it!

looking at that, your memory is probably your bottleneck, so you might wanna check that out.
