Just because I'm female does not mean I know the answer to this question.

Well, okay, actually I do. "All of the above", even if he doesn't exist. Barring that, it really depends on the girl.

There aren't enough nice guys in the world.

Oh, all of the above, no question. But having to choose, I might go for "funny guy". Funny lasts longer than almost all of the others, and nice can easily turn into dull.

I knew a guy named Guy once

I was not a fan.

Well, I can't say my opinion would be any good here (seeing as how I'm a guy), but if I had to choose if these were all girls, I'd probably go with either a smart girl or a nice girl.

I'm actually undecided on this one right now. My usual type is the funny guy or the nice guy, preferably both, but I don't know if I prefer one over the other.

I don't actually have much of a preference on this topic, simply because I don't care too much.  My vote for nice guys may not reflect that of what 'most girls' want, though.  Romantic relationships aren't important to me, but if I had to choose a type of guy to just hang out with, loud and obnoxious is what I prefer.

Nice guy in the end, although funny and smart was close and of course all of the above was tempting but that's not going to happen. Also for some reason I wanted to vote guy named Guy, although I'm not a fan of that name =/

Nice guy, a bit of smarts and a sense of humor will help too.  I will have to warn that a funny guy can easily use the same jokes over and over and you can tire easily from them though.

My dad is the prime example of this, but in his case the jokes were never funny in the first place either.

My dad used to make funny jokes, now he mostly whines and complains.
