So, we can conclude that if she admits for the crime sometime in the next 3 years, she can get into trouble. I don't really know how the law system works, so if someone else knows what crimes can be profiled with such information, please share  ;D

EDIT: The full version of the ninth option:
In the future (3 years and 135 days from today) she destroyed the world, but then felt sorry about it so she traveled back in time to the present in order to stop herself from destroying the world, however her present self killed her future self, and now her present self knows how and when to destroy the world. That's why she can't admit the crime - she hasn't committed it yet.
