Earlier today, my mom told me about this guy she saw down at this big craft show, who breeds lynx. She showed me a picture of one all wrapped up in a towel, and was about between the size of a 1L and a 2L bottle.

I thought it was the coolest thing in the world.

Then I asked what he did with them.

He KILLS them!!

I just find it really hard knowing that that stuff happens, and that it's hard to do anything about it.

I will upload that picture as soon as I can, but it is midnight and my parents are sleeping.

P.S. I am an animal lover. I also just saw the episode of Conan when Eri just got Goro-chan, and Mouri had to take care of it. Now I want a Russian Blue very much.

If anyone else has a story like this feel free to share it!

Y'know, once my friend told me this:

She goes home by school bus. When she went on the bus one day, she saw a dead mouse under the bus... The driver didn't know and drove right over it... and its guts squirted out. D:

But at least it was already dead.

though I like furry kittens and the like as well, just saying "this guy killed an animal" really doesn't mean a whole lot to me without any other info. Does he like punch them to death or something?

I think basically the story is that this guy breeds lynx just to kill them, or something.

So his craft is just killing em, eh?

Well either way, the idea of breeding things for killing isn't exactly new. Sure, he's not using them for food, but depending on how he kills em there's worse lives for animals to lead.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the reason he kills them is for their fur.

Earth would be better without people doesn't mean humans have to die. , and no, I treat animal on the same level with human, in other words, human lives = animals' I treasure both, but rather not see either one get kill , much worse killing each other in real life
