If being a Lolicon's considered as sickness, can i propose a sick leave in my company ?

Your company makes you say why you want to take sick leave?  Or is this assuming sick leave beyond your annual allotment?  Or is it so low on the totem pole that there aren't any common benefits like sick leave?
