Would you put the date as part of the subject line, or maybe a number saying which random poll it is.  Otherwise, if they're all just called "Random Poll of the Day", it's too easy to get them mixed up, and not know which ones I've already voted for.

Oh, and 6 is a nice even number, and is the only number I know of that is the sum of its unique factors (a.k.a. 1 x 2 x 3 = 1 + 2 + 3 = 6).

That's one reason of mine.

Second reason being: A book that I've once read had this guy creating a game where you had to hit numbers 1 - 9 on the numberpad in order to fight and try defeat the enemies. Of course, it was impossible. Because the only way to win the game was to not fight and hit 0. You'd win instantly. XD. Since it's by my favourite author, I naturally loved that number, too. (No link but :3.)
