I am, and I am watching it. I am rooting for USA, but I feel that England may have the edge, so I vote for them (some fan I am :P).

That was a pretty good game of soccer, but I hate that the group stage doesn't have tie breaking.

It's quite fair, imo, how draws work during the group stages. Are you suggesting to have an obligatory winner for each match of the group stages? and how would be teams eliminated?? :-\

Yes, The stage group will most likely never have a tie-breaker, I think that helps to actually see which two teams are better from each group, after the best 16 pass the stage group, there will be extra time and if the tie remains, penalty shootouts.
