Ask away. BTW, if you see any Filipino typing like this: 30w h0w R u? LOL m3, f1n3. g00d7uck to you, it's a stupid way of typing called jejemon. Translation of that is Hello, how are you? Lol me, im fine. Goodluck to you.
Ask anything, btw don't think of Filipino too lowly because of that not all of us do that
Ask anything like culture, foods and whatever you think. I can also translate english word to Filipino language.

Is it lechon? Well it's fatty. But the fat sometimes are crispy and delicious. The sauce is the best thing about it.

if it really is lechon..then its really good..its usually the main attraction in many feasts,gatherings/events...its very good especially when its still hot and crispy..and much better with a very good sauce..but having too much of this would be bad for your cholesterol..

Yep its lechon for sure, man it looks so good. Saw it on the travel channel on Bazaar Foods with Andrew Zimmerman and wanted it instantly.
