Lol this was on our school papers... I answered the 2nd riddle... Well the first one i can't crack it up...

Justin Case and Auntie Bellum are fellow con artist who deliver CODED MESSAGES to each other to communicate. Recently, Auntie Bellum was put in jail for stealing a rare and expensive diamond. Only few hours after this. Justin Case sent here a friendly letter asking her how she was. Inside the envelope of the letter. He hid a code. Yesterday Auntie Bellum escaped and left the envelope and the letter inside the jail cellThe policemen did some research and found the code inside the envelope, but were'nt able to crack it. Could you please help them what the message is? This is the code:

"LLWATCHAWTFECLOCKLNISKSUNDIALCIRBETIMERSOOL"

Three boys were out hiking one day and they came across the cave. They went inside the cave for a while and when they exited, a boy was missing The other two went back inside the cave to look for him. On the walls were numbers in green paint hat they hadn't noticed beforehand. The numbers were as follows: 4 8 20 21 10 27 36 23 22

After that, they wrote the numbers in a notebook, they came across a letter written in the same green paint. It reads:

"Oh, it bothers me to write letters like this. Of how i came across this event I am not aware. However, things must be done I have written the numbers on the walls. You must use these numbers to find my hiding spot. Good luck. = The Missing Boy"

How should you find him?

For the first riddle
Spoiler:
Remove all things related with time and read it backwards, which will be "Loose bricks in left wall."
For the second riddle
Spoiler:
Using the letter found, disregard the number of letters according to "4 8 20 21 10 27 36 23 22". After getting rid of the 1st 4 letters, you will get B. Then get rid of the 8 letters starting from "B" to get "E"......In the end you will get "BEHINDYOU".
This is a lot harder in my opinion. The only hints you can get from it are the "strange sentence pattern" and the use of the word "wall(s)" instead of just "wall".
