Have you ever wanted to kill a bunch of people with explosives? Get injured for no particular reason? Drown in a frozen lake? Pick flowers or go fishing? Let the second DCTP Hunger Games commence, then.

Once again, feel free to volunteer in order to participate in our hilarious Hunger Games simulation, and hope luck will be on your side.

Like last time, we'll have overall 24 tributes in 12 districts. You don't really get any special benefits for being in the same district with another tribute, but if you're for team spirit, let me know who you want to be paired with. Offering yourselves as tribute can be done by posting in this thread or letting me know on IRC. For those who didn't follow or check our first simulation, beyond volunteering, you don't have to do anything, as this is an automatically generated simulation.

Important note: I'm prioritizing the participance of users who haven't participated in the first simulation. In general, I prefer this run to be with a complete different set of people (there's a grand plan in motion). Tributes of the first simulation are guaranteed to participate in the third simulation. If we can't get 24 new people for this run, there's a potential solution in place.
