I dont its part of the pizza after all.

It depends on the topping.

Depends on the topping but most of the time my family orders toppings I don't like and I pick them off for that reason ^^;.

depends on the topping. I hate tomatoes, onions, olives, and many, many other things, but if I have a choice on what pizza I'm having I'll only have cheese

I suppose I would pick off the pineapples from a Hawaiian pizza, but otherwise, nope, those toppings are staying on.

Most of the time I'll leave the toppings on, unless it's something I dislike, like pepperoni.
I remember as a kid (maybe until around I was 10/12), I hated cheese, so eating pizza meant me taking everything off, I would just eat the crust :V I think I would rescue some ham if there was any on top. Silly me ^^'

You don't need to take anything off when you make it yourself :3 Plus homemade food always tastes better, it's a win-win situation! \o/ ...unless you seriously screw up and somehow ends up setting the kitchen and half the neighbourhood on fire... o.O
