That's about it. I'm not vastly sporty.
We played Field Hockey, Freshman year. I went crazy.
And we played Badminton in Sophomore year. My friend and I joked through it all. xD
I was on the hockey team at school. I was a defender and just a liiiitle bloodthirsty. Hey, it's your own fault if you're not wearing shinpads...

And badminton i've been playing with my dad since I was little. I just love it.

Yes, purposely hitting someone's shins with the stick is COMPLETELY their fault if they don't wear pads. ::)

Hey, I'm a defender. I'm supposed to stop them getting past, and if the ref don't see it, it don't count.

LOL, I like the way you think. Although if you did that to me, I would be pissed.
Also, I wasn't on a Field Hockey team, I only played in Gym.

That was actually what my coach said. "If the ref doesn't call on you, just keep playing! And if you're in a tight spot, hit the ball at the feet of an opposing member! If they kick it, we get a free hit!"
There was a girl's team at my school, so I joined. Like every other girl in first year. By sixth year there were less than twenty of us, the well hard few XD

We have Field Hockey (Male and Female) teams at our school too.
But I'll never join xD

First Paintball crotch shots, now Field Hockey shin attacks.  You are not afraid of playing dirty, are you?

Why should I be? You realize that where I live, the Glesca Kiss is considered legitimate in any and all situations.

It's when you forcefully "kiss" your opponent's nose. With your forehead.

Ow.  That sounds very painful...  I'm so glad I don't live where you do (Scotland?), if it's that necessary.

Painful to receive, yeah. Though its usage decreases the further you get from Glasgow, for the obvious reason.
