Looking through it was actually quite torturous. I like Viet food a little more than most food (and most foods are very agreeable with me).

Huh...how about some Canadian desserts?
Spoiler: Butter Tart
Image
These are tarts made with butter, sugar, and raisins. Sometimes nuts are added, but it's not a requirement.
Spoiler: Nanaimo Bar
Image
These include a crumb base with icing and chocolate on top, and are no-bake. They were named for the city of Nanaimo.

Time for a massive Dutch food post \o/
Spoiler: Boerenkoolstamppot
Image
Spoiler: Hutspot
Image
Spoiler: Zuurkoolstamppot
Image
Spoiler: Rodekoolstamppot
Image
Spoiler: Andijviestamppot
Image
The above are traditional winter foods. They are generally some kind of cabbage mashed with potato (with exception of Hutspot, which is carrot, onion and potato mashed together) and meat, generally rookworst (smoked sausage) but other kinds of meat are also fine.
Spoiler: Bitterballen
Image
These are small fried balls made of some sort of meat filling and surrounded by batter, traditionally eaten as light snack with some mustard.
Spoiler: Kroket
Image
Like the bitterbal, but a larger and longer version. Comes from anything like pork to shrimp and even potato.
Spoiler: Frikandel
Image
A snack made of meats mashed together. There was a giant recall of these when it was discovered some contained horse meat.
Spoiler: Patatje oorlog
Image
Chips with mayonnaise, sate sauce and unions. It's a very Dutch thing to eat.
Apparently there are also Dutch chips, but I have no clue what those are like.
Spoiler: Kaas
Image
Obviously.
Spoiler: Haring
Image
Raw fish eaten with unions and/or pickles. You can eat them whole or get them in pieces. The former is really traditional to do when there's a new batch of haring and is called 'Haring happen'.
Spoiler: Poffertjes
Image
Small pancakes.
Spoiler: Stroopwafels
Image
Thin waffles with a layer of sweet syrup in between. They are holy when eaten warm.
Spoiler: Pepernoten
Image
Spoiler: Kruidnoten
Image
Spoiler: Taaitaai
Image
Spoiler: Chokoladeletters
Image
And the above are all seasonal sweets that are sold starting September till early December on Sinterklaas eve.
