It's a mix of Detective Conan and Hello Kitty! haha random ftw but it's not just those, I was just lazy to put it all in one gif. & I often change my bg too since I got easily tired of it.

I love making my desktop look neat too (even my folders). & after seeing most of your desktops, I think mine's the most neat one. o.o Since I think I'm the only one who hid all of the icons on my desktop.. cause I really hate seeing even just one. lol
