To stop a tiny onigiri we need something with the same shape, density and weight like an onigiri, ergo we need a second onigiri. Or Akonyl, that would work too.

They've been referred to as cakes, doughnuts, muffins, but most commonly sandwiches. Sandwiches have even been (badly) pasted over onigiri in animation.
