I managed to completely forget that I preordered the Welcome to Night Vale book months ago, so when I got an Amazon package this morning expectign to see the netbook charger I ordered a few days ago and was instead confronted with WTNV, I was legitimately frightened and confused for a while, like a Vague Yet Menacing Government Agency or something had intercepted my post and decreed that I needed the WTNV book more than I needed a netbook charger.


In other news, either that netbook charger needs to arrive or my desktop parts need to finally show up because this old laptop that I'm stuck on for the time being is FRIGHTENINGLY slow and shit. I'm seriously concerned that there's a 1992 computer trapped in this 2010 exterior.

I apparently have an (80%) Northeastern American accent.

Judging by how you talk you are probably from north Jersey, New York City, Connecticut or Rhode Island. Chances are, if you are from New York City (and not those other places) people would probably be able to tell if they actually heard you speak.
