I used to do that too. But I'm too often surrounded by people who react like "Oh, you're not gonna eat that? *nom*", so I dropped it.

When I'm really upset about something the best way for me to vent my frustrations is to wash dishes. While drawing does also help, washing dishes tends to be a bit more productive.
