Well I just mean, maybe it's just me, but looking at the words "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" takes less time and flows more naturally than looking at something like "about mare when chimney under purple musical", so it's easier to type.

Maybe that's because you have already seen what's coming, so it makes it easier. Sure, when the flow is better, you type faster, sooo.... try to imagine those senseless words as a proper full sentence :x. It worked, well, for me |: . :x
