I myself watched an old movie I hadn't seen in forever. Ah, Thumbelina...had so much more reference to death than I remember O_o

So I was stressing because the Dell website told me that a laptop with the memory and processor I needed would be well upwards of six hundred quid. I went to a computer store where a friend of mine works, and her boss, who is a groovy guy, said he could easily build a better HP for under five hundred. He is a groovy boss.

Dell computers are just pathetic anyway.  You're much better off with an HP, Toshiba, even Compaq.

I got warned to not get a netbook, mainly because their screens break if you look at them too hard.

According to a guy at an electronics store a couple years ago, Toshiba laptops are basically bulletproof.  I think he might be right.

I SURVIVED! At the end I was able to finish the physics exercise, I made a mistake in the data (used A's v when I had to use B's) and in the examn I did it WELL! (It could have been awesome but on the latest exercise I screwed up :-/). Everything went fine... perfectly fine

My town is celebrating its anniversary this weekend. Every night there's a party/occasion on main street. Since my house is nearby, if I want to go I don't have to worry about parking. And I can hear the music without blasting my ears out (sucks when I wanna go to bed though  )


The best part?


I can smell bacon outside almost constantly.

Escaped my little brother's birthday party by sleeping over at my best mate's place in Edinburgh. Sat up till 3am eating junk, watching movies, nattering and playing Pokemon (I won all 3 Black/White battles, booyeah!), and then went shopping on Princes Street the next morning. Good times

Today I made some jello and as I slurp it its making me smile.


And I caught a fish when I went fishing. I can't remember what it was called.
I think it was a perch.

And I hand fed a duck!
Like, not a scary pinchy goose, but a duck!
It's bill feels like two soft pieces of wood.
