I just finished another DVD  passed a quiz I thought had failed, my math teacher didn't go to school and met another colombian in the class, finished 2 homeworks just on time for the class, practiced my english (speaking)and got 2 cookies from my TA

Faster than expected! Now I'm kinda glad I brought my friend with me:
Friend: Picks his nose, play with the little kids by throwing them around, his special trick, hanging the boys upside down and swing them back and forth laughed out loud at every frigging time XD, he broke three dishes by simply walking into the kitchen
My Aunt: Umm, Who is that?
Eve: My best friend Who apparently found a great way to enjoy this gathering
My Aunt: nodded, then walks away
2nd: Eve, keep that guy away from my son (Okay, she said something different, but that's what she meant )
3rd: Where did you meet such a... person?
Eve: On earth
We basically offended everyone but I enjoyed it
Hence, when I ask to leave early for a doctor's appointment no one stops me LOL, not even my grandmother
Now I hope my wish for them to never demand invite me to these gatherings will finally come true
Now to wait for a phone call from my mother , she shouldn't have asked me to go, I'm not sixteen anymore,

Yup you know your mother is going to be hounded by calls from the aunts demanding, "EVE ISN'T GOING TO MARRY THAT GUY IS SHE!?!?!!??!  "

On the positive side, if that call does come, at least they waited til you left before going off on your mother about that guy.

If it were my family, they'd probably just wait til I wasn't in the same room as them.

I don't know actually, my mother didn't go, that's why she demanded asked me to go it was her scheme to get me to go for skipping the past 2 years I bet , so I don't know if they told her anything for not, but I was expecting something along the lines of "Your daughter is befriending idiots, she must be an idiot" not what Abs. mentioned there.... I just realized something! I got really, really lucky by it being my birthday yesterday. It gave me the perfect excuse for getting out of going to an out-of-town wedding with a friend of mine!

Now, I have no problems with weddings. I really don't. Even when I don't know the bride or groom.

But. This particular friend of mine has been trying to get me to meet a guy friend of hers for.... months. She thinks we'd get along really well (in a totally not "you'd be great friends!" innocent way). And this guy friend happens to live in the same town as where the wedding was, and is also friends with the bride and/or groom.

I know she means well, and she just wants the two of us to be happy, but I've never so much as talked to the guy, and she's been talking about how cute we'd be together. And I'm just not interested.

(And from what I've heard of him, it sounds like he's completely in love with her, anyway. If it weren't for the fact that she's married to someone else...)

So yay for not having to deal with "this is that guy I've been telling you about..." for a little while longer.
