Tomorrow, ten thirty Japanese time I'll put up the first winner! Second and first place will follow half an hour and an hour after that.
Once all winners have been announced I'll send everyone a pm. You'll then get three days to respond to me. If not I will have to pull up random.org and give your prize to the next person.

You can get one of any type. The most common ones are fortune, good luck, health and safe travels.

What do you mean with local candy?

With local candy I don't mean funny kitkats or puccho, but rather traditional Japan sweets called wagashi. I might swap to more modern candy if it proves impossible to find, however.

What could I request? Or where from?

What you choose could be anything I can get in Japan as long as it falls within the price limit. This also means that you can also request multiple items as long as they don't exceed the budget.
You could, for example, ask for Magic Kaito 1412's Character CD, or instead ask for chopsticks, a hand fan and a small daruma doll.
