DC Places

Post by kat1214young »

So in DC, Aoyama-san used Beika as name for places like Beika Hotal, Beika Park, Beika Street, and such.

I think its like Holmes' Baker Street. It does sound the same anyway  ;D

actually im glad AOYAMA uses the same name especially for the city in the anime.
its much muuuuuuuuch easier to remember, and less confusions.
kudos to Aoyama.

oooooh...like BEIKA street and BAKKKKKKKKER street. gotcha.  ;)
i think its cool the way "BEIKA" is pronounce. hehe.

I think Japanese really read "Baker" as "Beika" like in movie 6
"Detective Conan: The Phantom of Baker Street "
and the Japanese is
"Meitantei Conan BeikÄ
