Hi everyone! I have been watching DC anime on and off for 8+ years but it's only recently that I started watching episodes almost everyday. I can officially declare that I'm a fan of DC! I could recall the times when it was shown on TV until the whole series suddenly disappeared without a clue, after which I had to resort to getting episodes with Chinese subs. It was really a great relief that I came to find out about English fansubs groups undertaking DC.
I love you guys for the great job! It must be really hard for you guys since this is an epic anime and requires great dedication. I seriously think that some sort of a wiki page for this project stating the releases etc. and most importantly the history of DC fansubbing (I got rather interested in finding out more after reading the interviews of Jd- and rajhaziel) and a thank-you page or something should be created.
Anyway, I have a question that has been bugging me these days. I had joined this forum 1 month ago, and I've been thinking of trying to be an active member here. So... is there any way to be an active member here without watching all episodes of DC anime (and perhaps all manga chapters)? I had only watched about half of the 501 episodes and I'm seriously lagging on the manga part. I rather not read spoilers and this is the main issue that has kept me from reading threads which seem to have potential spoilers...

Re: Hello and a Question
Glad to have more dedicated Conan fans coming to
.
I would say that your current focus, anime-wise, should be watching the story arcs and such. That will get you to the point where you can discuss, at length, pretty much everything so far (given, if you've seen the episodes prior as well, which it would seem you have).
That would be my advice.

Re: Hello and a Question
Erm... May I know how to identify the different story arcs?
I guess it's more important to watch the episodes with significant story development first before it's possible to make good discussions first, am I right?

Re: Hello and a Question
You could find some useful pointers, and by no mean exclusive, in
http://www.kaizoufansubs.net
under story arcs and maybe the FAQ.
I would advise you to watch every available episode in order, I reckon you won't be missing alot.
